I purchased 2 coffee mugs recently. One was perfect and the other had a man's shirt in a color I did not order. Initially, I was told it was just a variation due to processing. Being color blind, I thought I ordered a "blue" shirt for the image on the mug. After further inquiry I was told that I ordered a "purple" shirt. Since your website does not identify color choices with written words, I accept my mistake. I was told a request was submitted to make a new mug with a blue shirt, "if it is approved." Customer Service said they'd send me the tracking number. I have yet to re
ceive an update or tracking number, however, I suspect my mug and original request will be overlooked and not arrive. I am hopeful the mug does arrive with the correct color! I'll accept purple because that was my initial selection. Blue would be best, and the red mug will find a purpose.

There was a problem with the address that was my fault. Lulu Fam worked with me to eventually get it delivered, which is good customer service. It was a gift. My daughter and her fiance love the personalized graphics and, being a true coffee lover (uses a Chemex!), he especially likes the 15 oz. size. It's alarge, quality mug. Even their dog Baxter approves (see photo). I've sent 3 as gifts and they're all a big hit. Highly recommend.
