This was a Christmas gift for my 14 year old sister. I originally got a phone case with a color background, but I meant to order one with a transparent background. I was in a hurry, so I approved it anyway. Once it arrived, I wasn’t happy with the case and PetCanva reprinted it for me on a transparent background! Even though it took a long time to in touch with their customer service around the holidays, once they got back to me they were incredibly helpful and fixed my issue. I love this product. I think it is so cool that I am able to have a picture of my dog on my phone case. Although... I have had the phone case for probably a week and a half as of right now and my dog already has scratches all over his face on the phone case. I do not put this in my purse so that is not the reason it gets scratched. I am not extremely satisfied for what I paid and he has some scratches on his face. I thought they would have some type of layer on top of the object. But other than that I love it.

After seeing Pet Canva come across my Instagram and loving their work, I decided to order a phone case with a picture of my pup, Hazel. They were quick to reply and send me the artwork, and once it was approved, I received my product quickly. The phone case is so perfect, and exactly what I wanted! As soon as my boss saw my new phone case, she immediately went online and ordered one for herself!
On a more personal note, they really went above and beyond for me. A couples of days after I ordered my phone case, I took my pup Hazel to the vet and received the news that she will not be with us much longer. When the email came to me to approve my artwork, I shared my story with the support team. They sent me a very sincere message of sympathy. A couple of weeks after I received my phone case, completely to my surprise I received a coffee mug with my artwork! I assumed it was a friend who ordered it for me, knowing how hard the news about Hazel as been for me. However, when no one owned up to it, I emailed the support team to ask if they had record of who sent it to me. That’s when I found out that they actually sent me the mug as a gesture of sympathy for my loss. I’m totally blown away by this company, not only for their great products, but also for their professionalism and kindness. Thank you for the great products and for your small token of compassion, something I will cherish forever!
