The hoodie is ADORABLE. I was so excited to design it, uploading a picture and choosing a background I liked, but when it arrived, it was even better than I expected!!! The image is colorful and clear, true to size, and the hoodie is very soft, too. The hoodie did smell a little chemically from the printing process when it first arrived, but I sprayed Febreeze on it and the smell was gone within an hour, so no worries about that.

To resume my review, I was pleased with the collaboration with Petcanva! After shopping on different websites and compagnies, this was the only size inclusive brand which had Up to 5X sweaters where others had Up to 3X only. That was a plus for me and the sizing is pretty accurate.
About the whole expérience: At first, I sent messages to decide for the best item and colors to answer my needs. The communications were fluide and Quick. Then I was able to make the order directly online on a safe payment Platform. Afterwards, in only 48h I received a notice with the Artwork which wasn't exactly perfect on my cat's apperence. So I was able to ask for corrections a few Times until it was perfect on a easy to use Platform! It was user friendly and easy. If you are Picky this Will satisfied your needs because you Will have a Say on the outcome of the art! My order got mixed Up but When I messaged the costumer service I had a fast answer, They were flexible to adapt to my New resquestand sent me an other sweater! Also, due to a printing error, They sent me an other sweater free of charges answering quickly to my messages. To apologize for the mistakes, They sent me a mug free of charges that is absolutly adorable!
I would suggest this compagne for none Sustainable sweater but Gorgeous and personalized. The quality of the printing is satisfying even after a few washes. I would suggest ordering ahead due to postale and the collaboration for the Artwork delay especially for a gift. If you arent on a Rush I would Say its the best to go with! Finally if you made it this far, bonus point : it seems like you Will find discounts on the newsletters and online so I would suggest looking it up if you are on a budget!
