I had a mess up on my order because I misspelled my email address on my original order causing a massive delay. The support team at Pet Canva helped me track down my order and get it shipped but then it was stolen from my mailbox so the support team stepped in again to help me get a duplicate cell phone cover sent out. I had the artist revise the portrait for the chest of my pup wasn't quite what it was suppose to be as well as the eye color. Well the artist cropped most of the chest out to avoid the revisions I requested and didn't adjust the color of the eyes either. While it looks like him it's not as on point as I expected. However it is a nice peice and the placement of my pup looks perfect on the case. However the case is very flimsy and not very "tough", dont recommended this particular case if your clumsy and drop your phone all the time.
