They messed up the shipping a little bit so it took a little longer than expected. But when it came it was totally worth the wait! I got a super colorful one and the colors came out just as I’d imagined! My biggest concern was that my dogs were going to look like they were cheaply printed on. But I was presently surprised to see that they made them look really good and it didn’t look like my image had just been slapped onto the blanket I got! I will admit I thought the blanket would be a bit thicker but for the price and how nice the graphic turned out and how soft it is you can’t beat it!!!

I had to contact customer service to find out about my item after it got delayed for over a week. Also I expected the blanket to be a bit nicer. It's quite thin and isn't like a standard fleece blanket.

Words will not do this product review justice. Just a backstory: my mom had to put down her beloved pup of 15+ years very unexpectedly just before Christmas 2021. To say the woman was devastated (still is) is an understatement. I thought a blanket would be the perfect memento … and it was. My mom cried opening it and has snuggled with it every day since. Overall, I was very impressed with the image quality of the blanket as well as the speed of delivery. I did, however, expect the fleece to be alittle thicker. The blanket itself was rather thin. Additionally, the image of my pup was just a tad bit too large. Had the image been just an inch smaller all around, I believe it would had been perfect. Overall, I'd give the blanket 4 stars. My only real complaint is the inconsistency of promotional codes. I purchased my blanket under a promo code Haylee45 and received the 45% off on my order. I went back with the intent of purchasing an additional 2 blankets using the same code a few days later, and the code only took off 30%. I started a chat with customer service but was later told they would reach out to me through email. No one ended up reaching out which was a bummer.
